A Documentary Feature Film

Six Ekilibre Dance Company dancers answer questions with movement from the piece 'Hinterland' they perform in their Outdoor Tour Series in Virginia. Each reveals what they want in natural environments they choose in a piece dealing with the bittersweet of starting over in a better place. Questions are answered with movement allowing their flawed searching to convey what they don't know they reveal about themselves. Though passersby and audiences have mixed reactions as they perform in difficult weather conditions with technical difficulties, in the end, are they left with reward of little applause, the process, or no regrets? (duration: 61 mins.)
